Who is José Fernando Seifarth?
José Fernando Seifarth, born in São Paulo, is a guitarist, composer, co-founder of the group Hot Club de Piracicaba – HCP (2008), and creator of the Piracicaba Manouche Jazz Festival. He has released two albums with the Hot Club de Piracicaba, “Jazz a la Django” and “Quinteto do HCP”. He also released the album “Nashville Sessions”, recorded in the USA with the Hot Club of Nashville. He participated in the albums “Chama” and “Caravana” of the group Hot Jazz Club from Campinas, and “45 años en el camino”, from the prestigious Traditional Jazz Band.
He has performed with Bina Coquet at international manouche jazz festivals in Amsterdam (Netherlands), Medellín (Colombia), Santiago (Chile), Buenos Aires (Argentina), and Langley (United States).
